一応、モデル名を「Três Corações」（ポルトガル語）としました。

昔から聞いたことはあったのですが、長すぎて覚えられないし、意味も知りませんでした。
I had heard of it for a long time, but it was too long to remember, and I didn’t know what it meant.
ただ、クライフ選手のシグネチャーモデルの復刻版として有名で、タグを見ると2005年ぐらいに生産されたようです。
However, it is famous for being a reissue of the signature model of the Cruyff, and looking at the tag, it seems to have been produced in 2005 or so.
「トレス コラソンインス」で検索しても、このモデルのことはたくさん出てきますが、肝心の語源が見当たりませんでした。
I searched for “トレス コラソンインス” and found a lot of information about this model, but I couldn’t find the origin of the word.
いろいろ調べて行きついたのがこちら。
Here‘s what I came up with after some research.
「1940年10月23日、ブラジル南東部のミナスジェライス州トレス・コラソンエスで生まれる。」
He was born on October 23, 1940, in Três Corazões, Minas Gerais, in the southeastern part of Brazil.
このモデル名は「トレス・コラソンエス」のことかな？
でも、ペレ選手の出生地をクライフ選手のモデルに使うかな？
I wonder if this model name means “Três Corazões”.
But would I use Pelé’s birthplace as a model for Cruyff?
もしかしたら違う意味なのかもしれませんが、今のところモデル名についてはナゾです。
Maybe it means something different, but for now, the model name is a riddle.
さて、クライフ選手はこちらでも記しましたが、オレンジライン、しかも足入れ部分もオレンジの縁取りがされたモデルを履いていた現役時代の画像はあまりない気がします。
As I mentioned here, there are not many pictures of him wearing the orange line model with the orange trimmed footbed.
また、緑ラインのオリジナルは見たことがありますが、オレンジのオリジナルについてはこれまで知識がありませんでした。
I’ve seen the original with the green line, but I’ve never had any knowledge of the original with the orange.
ようやく見つけた76年の広告
Finally, I found this ad from 1976.
なんと同じ名前なのに価格も色も違うモデルになっています。しかも同じ広告に同時に載っているって、どういうこと？
今まで右のモデルしか知りませんでしたが、オレンジのは当時としてはかなり高額なモデルだったようです。
復刻版が出るのもうなずけますが、なぜこのモデル名にしなかったのか？
What a surprise, the models have the same name but different prices and colors. What’s more, they’re on the same ad at the same time?
I’ve only seen the model on the right, but the orange one seems to have been quite expensive at the time.
It makes sense that a reissue would be released, but why not use this model name?
